my Thailand trip=)

woots, so im back from Thailand.. we were there for the Songkran Festival(splash water fest) so i din bring along my camera, scared wil spoil.. lols.. but it was funn la..

day1- we took a plane from sg to penang den rest at my aunt's hse and wait for the mini passenger van to pick us up.. so we board the van and took ard 3 hrs ride to rch HatYai.. in the van i slp awhile cos v tired due to the plane ride.. so when we rch there we went str to the hotel.. we went to walk walk ard near the hotel and bought some snacks to eat.. cos tml is the actual day of the songkran so today got nth much to do.. so aft eat we went with my uncle they all to the Thai disco.. where there is the strip-dance.. lols.. actually the girls dun really strip la, they stil got a sticker on their nipples aft they took off their bikinis.. lols.. but all really damn pretty lo..

day2- we woke up early in the morning to hav breakfast den waited in the lobby for the rest of my relatives.. den while waiting me and hubby went outside to take a look.. den there came a hotel bellboy come running to us with a bucket of water.. lols.. so we quickly get back into the hotel.. lols.. den my uncle told me that we cannt leave the hotel without getting wet. cos it's the songkran festival today.. lols.. so later when we went outside again we hav no choice but to let him throw water at us..

den its funny cos along the way, u find alot of water by the roadside free of charge, u can grab ur own bucket and use their water to splash at each other.. so we continue to walk den we bought water-guns.. lols.. we went to this lane whereby it's the most crowded lane with everyone throw buckets of water at anyone who passes by.. den there's this dunno wat powder, they put water in the powder then wipe them onto the face of any people that they see.. my uncle say it's oso a form of blessing.. lols.. we lasted for like 5 or 6hrs there den hungry so went back hotel.. u knoe, they dun hav taxi but if u wanna go anywhere u can take motor, which only cost RM2 per ride and can seat 2 passenger.. lols.. so we v tired and dun wanna walk back so we took the motor instead.. lols.. me and hubby can actually sit behind that uncle and stil got space to hold our water-guns.. lols.. it's damn fun lo.. so at night we ate at the restaurant opposite the hotel..

day3- we woke up early to hav breakfast den went to the nearby street market to shop.. actually oso got nth much to buy cos all is food, snacks and preserved food.. lols.. hubby bought maggie mee, can u imagine? lols... i bought some crackers and sweets lo.. some t-shirts and a long dress.. nth much la.. den we need to go back hotel to wait for the mini van to come pick us up and go back to penang..

overall it's still fun cos of the songkran festival=)

my marvellous march

we went to celebrate my birthday on the 3oth of march instead of the 29th cos i cudnt exchange off-day wit my colleuge due to she needs to go back JB to do some 清明扫墓.. so we went to walk walk at THE CATHAY and we ate at the ASTONS.. lunch was fabulous except for the squeezy tables due to their overwhelming business.. lols.. and i did some curlings to my hair.. lols.. cos hubby love them.. hubby went to get me a bouquet of blue roses.. (though it's not my favorite color but i love it nonetheless) thx hubby for that surprise=)

yupp, so i love these flowers cann? andd so i keep shooting them and shooting them with my samsung camera.. lols.. btw i chuck the old flowers away, it was from hubby last year on my birthday.. it was dusty and withered alr.. so this time i got a vase andd decided to change h2o every nite.. so as to keep it last as long as possible... but i cannt find a nice vase cos ah ma only hav those very old design like antiques so i decided to use the macdonalds free gift, the coke glass!! lols..

yup yupp, this is one of my presents for this year's birthday=) it's a CHANEL handbag from my aunt.. i love it.. was actually choosing between a black or a pink but the black is in a larger design and i looked too big on me.. so i hav to get this pink one instead.. it's limited as it is a season design so stil orite bah.. heez...

my colleuges at simlim gathered together andd gave me an angbao of abt $300+ den aunt top-up abit and bought a gold bangle for me.. it even had a carving of 22 on it. aunt say cos it meant it's my 22nd birthday.. lols..

my sistas celebrated with me 3days earlier andd they treat me to ASTONS and we had a fantastic chat over dinner.. they even did a DIY cake for me, really appreciate it so much.. needa wait for szehui to send me the photos before i can post it=) and we had a long chat while having ice-cream at PS... den aft that szehui's vincent came and drove us home.. had a wonderful evening with them=)

the doggie above is COCO.. it's a female dog.. of cos it doesnt belong to me but i loved it soo much~ its v obedient andd v tamed.. but i knoe to own a dog is a lifetime commitment and if it leaves me one day, i'll not be able to take it.. haix.. i hav to really consider thoroughly before i can make such a big commitment.. okays, so COCO belongs to my uncle(舅舅).. i mis COCO alot..

above are some photos taken during chinese new year in PENANG.. including when we took plane, go pray in temple during the 1st day of cny(初一) and some act cute me.. lols.. we only spent 3days in m'sia so not enuff!! but nvm.. will go back soon when my granny birthday.. yeah~~

these few photos were simply of ME & hubby.. cos i curled my hair.. lols.. i didnt use any iron or curling clipers, i jus used strawberry sponges to curl my hair overnight.. hubby say the sponges looked like six round antennas on my head while i was slping.. lols.. the curls turned out fine but abit too loose.. but i'll try somemore next time.. cos it's my 1st time curling my own hair..

anyway, im going to CHINA again.. it's a business trip.. cos i wanna get more goods so i can sell and make more money.. hopefully.. aft im back in SG im gonna start working hard for IT SHOW in suntec.. and in april im going to thailand!! for their "splash h20 festival"(泼水节).. hope it's fun cos hubby is spending money on the tickets!! lols.. but many say it's damn fun la.. it's a wonderful year 2o1o for a start~ mayb if we stil hav some money left, we'll go taiwan for our 1st ever own trip.. but looks abit faraway now.. haix..

i recently went to do manicure cos i couldnt live with my short short and fragile nails:( so i did a gel extension and drew some what-look-like cny flowers on them.. lols.. the primary color for my nails is pink and den some deep red graduation on top..

the mashed potato was made by me=) i used a fork to mashed the boiled potatoes den the sause is beef and herb flavoured=) woo~ smells nice.. lols..

actually it's been so long since i last blogged.. cos partly was busy and den nth special happened so din blog.. oh ya, i went to highlight my hair.. it's for cny as well.. it looked like gold but it's not so gold, shuld be like brown instead.. the hair-dresser at chapter2 choose for me de.. hubby say it's nice.. look younger den my age=) hahaas.. my aunt oso did highlight but hers is not so gold more like copper.. and i dunno what happened to me but my eye-bags and dark rings look so much serious than before.. omg.. it's cny soon and i look like this?? shall post some photos soon and wil post some which is without make-up ones.. lols.. den u all can see how serious my eyes are.. okays, even with make-up i dun look very good.. i admit=(

im flying back to penang with hubby on the 12th feb.. cos we last min book air tix so 13th and 14th got no more tix..

my "business" in simlim isnt so good cos for beauty products, i sell not so convincing, lols.. but wil work harder.. oi ting aza aza!!

yay~ lata going to meet my sistas at tampines.. hahaas.. but i now hav lots of time tidy up my room.. cos it's in a mess aft ard two weeks of not cleaning up lols..

was going to talk abt last sunday.. i was working in #03-87 tat day mah, den aft standing for the whole day alr very tired.. den ard 7plus in the evening, there's this china woman( say she is a chinese teacher of some sch).. she came down to exchange her 100pcs of maxell dvds.. cos she say she wanted dvd-r instead of dvd+r.. and she complained that is our salesman who took the wrong dvd format for her.. so i allow her to exchange lo.. but the dvd have a $2 price difference so i ask her to top-up the difference.. but she gave mi a stupid face and say like:

"why should i pay extra $2 when this is not my fault? u people made me go back all the way and found out u gave me the wrong dvd and i had to take bus all the way back here. i haven't ask for ur to pay me my bus fare alr very good, u still want mi to pay? that's ridiculours, and i wun pay."

so i explained to her peacefully that we have to follow our company policy whereby there is no discount for exchange items:

"u say our salesman took for u the wrong dvd but why didn't u check ur items before leaving the shop? and i alr explained that is not i dun wan to discount but i hav a company policy to follow. "

den this stupid woman say i hav attitude problem and want to complain, asked to see our boss. so i tell her:

"since u are alr here, im willing to jus give u $1 discount, so now u onli need to top-up $1. but if u are not satisfied with my arrangement, u can contact my store manager, steve. but he wil onli be back tml, cos today is his off day. so pls call tml."

but this stupid woman say:

"it is not abt the amt i need to top-up, it's abt U! ur attitude is so bad, i cannt let this pass so easily, i wil give u $2 now and i wil call and complain to ur manager. even if i hav to take a taxi here for $20, i wil do so jus to get back my $2."

so i say okay okay.. den at this time, my aunt came back from the washroom.. she saw this angry customer so she ask her what happened.. den she tell her all over again. lols.. den my aunt say:

"yah, our company's policy is cannt discount for exchange transactions. the cashier gave u $1 off is alr very good, she might need to pay on her own. "

the stupid china woman keep blabbering away saying it's my attitude not the money and asked for my name.. i was abt to say my name den my aunt told her my name is ROSE.. LOLS.. den ask her to complain..

really stupid rite? den my aunt ask mi, isit i scold her, if not why she so angry? i say no lo, all the way i was so tamed and speak softly lo.. chenghoo can be my witness.. lols.. den my aunt say the china woman is all like tat one.. hahaas..
